A mother and toddler had to be rescued from a bedroom window after a blaze tore through the downstairs of their home in the early hours of Friday morning.
The incident occurred in Middlemarch Road in the town, with a number of 999 calls received at shortly before 1.40am.
The fire started in a caravan which was parked outside the address and soon spread to a car, believed to be a Focus estate, before setting the home alight.

Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service sent crews from Nuneaton and Bedworth to the scene.
Officers were there for almost two hours extinguishing the flames and making the area safe.
