Shop front theatre opening in Coventry for Christmas

WHAT the Dickens? The UK’s first professional shop front theatre is opening in Coventry in time for Christmas.
Coventry’s Theatre Absolute are making themselves at home at the well-known former fish and chip shop, Fishy Moores, in the heart of the city.
The 40-seat theatre at 38 City Arcade will be welcoming its first audience on Thursday.
The award-winning company will be based at the shop for 18 months with support from Coventry City Council and the Arts Council England Empty Spaces initiative.
