Housebuilder reveals plans for 344 new homes in Bell Green

Housebuilder Persimmon Homes has revealed plans for more than 300 new homes in Coventry.

Persimmon Homes acquired the 30-acre site in Old Church Road, Bell Green, making an anticipated £40 million investment in the area.

Bosses now hope to get the go-ahead for the development of 344 homes and open spaces including sports pitches and play areas.

They also pledge to enhance the character and appearance of the wider site which was recently designated Coventry Canal Corridor Conservation Area.
