Five people arrested after man falls from Hillfields flat

Five people have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a man fell from a building, leaving him with life-threatening injuries.

West Midlands Police were called to Paul Stacey House, in Bath Street, Hillfields, Coventry at 12.30 BST.

A 32-year-old man had fallen from the third floor and was taken to hospital.

Two women, aged 28 and 33, together with three men, aged 36 and two aged 37, are being questioned on suspicion of attempted murder.

Police have appealed for witnesses.

Four bailed in Hillfields attempted murder probe

A 27-year-old is still being questioned on suspicion of attempted murder after a man fell from a building.

Five people - three women and two men - were arrested on Tuesday when officers were called to Paul Stacey House in Hillfields, Coventry.

Four have been bailed and one man from Coventry remains in custody, West Midlands Police said.

The 32-year-old man who fell remains in a serious condition in hospital having undergone surgery, police said.
