Dog licences for all owners

Postby StevieG » Tue Mar 09, 2010 7:14 pm

Another brainwave from Disneyland in Westminster
The plan is that all dog owners would have to have a licence , the dog micro chipped and insurance but how the hell do they expect the likes of OAPs to afford that little lot :fuming:
What with this gem and VAT on food it beggars belief but there again what can you expect from this bunch of :clown:s

how about if you have a little old dog with hardly any teeth and is too past it to go for any walks? It doesn't seem fair to make someone pay when their dog is not capable of doing any damage to anyone or anything.

They don't enforce the laws which exist now so what's the point of introducing new ones?

I realy couldn't see this one becoming law, keeping a pet costs alot even without licence fees and insurance.
