Warwickshire kept their FLt20 quarter-final hopes alive as they eliminated Worcestershire with a comfortable eight-wicket victory at Edgbaston.
The visitors got off to a dream start, danger man Moeen Ali helping to plunder 19 from Ateeq Javid's first over.
But Moeen skied one for 37 in Jeetan Patel's first over - and the visitors' innings went downhill from there.
Chasing 146-8, opener Varun Chopra batted through for 75, backed by Darren Maddy (44) as the Bears reached 149-2.
Warwickshire's win was their fifth in six games, to set up a possible showdown for a quarter-final place with Somerset at Edgbaston on Tuesday.
