Coventry libraries' online time rises for welfare testsThe amount of free internet access in Coventry's libraries has been doubled to two hours because people were struggling to complete new welfare reform online assessments in an hour.
The new time limits apply to anyone using computers or wi-fi at the city's 17 libraries.
David Kershaw, city council cabinet member for libraries, said they did not believe one hour was still sufficient.
He said increasing numbers of people were using the libraries' IT services.
