VIRGIN Media has sent out a cheeky message to their internet broadband rivals BT.

A team of stunning models spelt out the message "BT? Fast broadband? My arse!" on their behinds in the stunt.

The cheeky jibe comes after Virgin Media was named the UK's fastest broadband provider for the 17th month in a row.

Virgin's stunt took place in view of the BT Tower in central London.

Danielle Lloyd was one of the 13 models taking part in the gag.

Executive director of broadband at Virgin Media Jon James said: "This cheeky stunt was simply a humorous way to get across a serious message — that customers should demand what they are being promised from their internet providers."

The only complaint I have is that the message detracts slightly from the view IMO...... :lol:

BT's "fibre to cabinet" system (20Mbs) is actually slower and more expensive than ADSL2 (24Mbs) which is already available from Be There in the Coventry area. BT did have plans to upgrade to upgrade their own exchanges to ADSL2 but abandoned them when optical fibre was announced.

Disclaimer: This is not a recommendation for Be There as there are privacy issues with them, BT and several other service providers. I am merely pointing out what is already available.
