A Halloween appeal was issued by Coventry’s RSPCA centre to rehome four “magical” black kittens.

The cute foursome - Princess, Phillip, Jet and Jackie - have been residents at the centre since they were born but now need special homes as they are now approaching six months of age.

Black cats are often over-looked and this set had a difficult start to life after developing cat flu.

Although all four are currently clear of any symptoms they are likely to carry the virus for the rest of their lives.

Caroline Hailstone said: “Being cat flu carriers means this magical four will need to live as house cats and are likely to live normal happy and healthy lives.

“We desperately need understanding owners who are looking for house cats to consider adopting one of these beautiful cats.”

The kittens can be rehomed in pairs or as singles.

If you think you could offer one of the cats a home visit the centre on Coundon Wedge Drive, Allesley, Coventry, or call 024 76 33 6616.
