Coventry's Barracks car park closing for repairs

A Coventry city centre car park will be closed for three days for much needed repair work to be carried out.

The Barracks car park in Barracks Way will close from 7pm on Friday August 17 until 7am on Monday August 20 for work on the access ramps and to carry out deck surface coating.

The work is weather dependent and may be put back a week if necessary.

Drivers are being advised to use alternative parking at West Orchards, Lower Precinct, Salt Lane and New Union Street car parks as well as in Grove Street, Whitefriars Street and Gosford Street.

Coventry City Council has apologised for any inconvenience to motorists.
