Coventry Farmers' Market moves to Broadgate

Postby dutchman » Wed Jun 13, 2012 2:33 pm

Broadgate in Coventry city centre will host a farmers’ market on Friday.

It will feature home-grown products including meat, strawberries, honey, pies, bread, cheese, wine and sausages.

Organiser Paul Skett said: “Coventry Farmers’ Market has moved to a brand new, high-profile location – Broadgate.

“This will target a different type of clientele, both professional and students, whilst still serving the needs of its regular customer base.”

Coun Lynnette Kelly, cabinet member for city development, said: “This is great news for people who like to buy home-grown local produce.”

The market will be trading from 9am to 3pm.

Gotta use Mutton's patio for something!
Of course it'll fit; you just need a bigger hammer.
