It is known that 02/Be There once again failed to contest the application to reveal customer details although they could easily have done so.
A warning to any O2/Be There subscribers who are reading this, you could still receive a blackmail demand even if you have never shared a file online in your life. These demands are sent entirely at random and it's irrelevant whether you have ever downloaded or uploaded porn. Standard advice is that you send a strongly worded denial and refuse to enter into any further dialogue as anything you add will be twisted and used as an admission of guilt.
