Severe winds have sparked traffic disruption across Coventry and Warwickshire on Tuesday morning.Recovery work is ongoing after several trees were brought down by gales, blocking roads to traffic.
In Coventry, a tree has been uprooted on the A45 London Road, near Ryton-on-Dunsmore, at the A445 London Road.
A road has also been partially blocked in Southam after a tree fell over on the A425 between the B4451 junction and the B4452 junction.
The A46 Stratford Road in Sherbourne, near Leamington, has also been affected by a fallen tree at the Sherbourne Roundabout.
A fallen tree in Wroxall, near Alcester, has blocked the A4177 near Five Ways Island.
Spernal Lane in Studley, near Alcester, is blocked at the A435 Spernal Ash junction because of a fallen tree.
An uprooted tree has also blocked Marton Road in Birdingbury near the Main Street junction.
Roads in Bascote, near Southam, and Wixford, near Alcester, have also been affected by trees blown over by winds.
A fallen tree has closed the A4189 Henley Road in Claverdon, near Leamington, in both directions between the Kington Lane junction and the Star Lane junction.
The A3400 in Tredington, near Stratford, has been closed in directions between the A429 Fosse Way junction and the B4035 Mill Street junction because of an uprooted tree.
