Starbucks outlet closes at Coventry shopping park
A popular branch of Starbucks has closed in Coventry.
The famous name in coffee has closed its outlet at Arena Shopping Park, which was based upstairs in the New Look store.
A notice in the window of New Look reads: "Thank you for your custom we will miss you".
It also advises customers that the nearest Starbucks stores are at Cross Point in Walsgrave, Binley Woods drive-thru, Tile Hill drive-thru or Broadgate in the city centre.
Steve Burr, area centre manager at Arena Shopping Park, said: "“We can confirm that Starbucks ceased trading at the shopping park on Sunday, September 6.
"We’re sorry to see them go, but customers can still get their coffee fix at a number of our other outlets including Greggs, Auntie Anne’s and Costa."
CoventryLive has contacted Starbucks for comment.
I think this has more to do with New Look closing than with Starbucks?
