Santa heads to Styvechale

Father Christmas comes to Styvechale on Monday night as part of his fundraising tour around Coventry.



The annual event, which is organised and manned by rotary clubs in Coventry, has raised several thousand pounds already.

He starts on Daventry Road before going down Dillotford Avenue, Lupton Avenue, Knoll Drive, Brayford Avenue and Stamford Avenue.

From there he goes to Salisbury Avenue, The Chesils, Mary Herbert Street, Blondvil Street and Ulverscroft before finishing off on Daventry Road.

This year fundraisers are bringing in cash for The Myton Hospices and the region’s air ambulance.
