Two hurt in Fillongley crash

Two people were hurt when the car they were in overturned on a road in Fillongley on Monday morning.

The incident happened on Wood End Lane in Fillongley between the Nuneaton Road and Sandy Lane junctions.

West Midlands Ambulance Service sent paramedics to the scene at 6.57am.

The road was closed both ways to traffic.

A service spokesman said crews arrived to find two people in the car.

Both were treated at the scene for minor injuries and both people were released at the scene.
