Car ploughs into front of Coventry pub

A car crashed into the front of a Coventry pub in the early hours of Thursday morning.



Fire crews were called just after 4.30am to the Mount Pleasant pub, in Hinckley Road, Walsgrave.

The car had left the road and was suspended in railings with its front through the window of the pub.

Two men had already got out of the car.

Police were in attendance.
