A Nuneaton engineer says he has been snowed under by orders for sledges built from car exhaust pipes.
Designer Nigel Swift, 52, dreamed up the idea of using the stainless steel tubes in sledges at Christmas time.
And once his creation was strapped to two-year-old Malamute dogs, Yiuka and Tala, onlookers began ordering his eccentric creation.
"What started off as a bit of a laugh has got a bit more professional," said Mr Swift.
He added: "I looked at designs from Alaska, made of wood, and thought: 'If we get snow, I'll give that a go.'
"It took about five hours to build the first one, and it performs extremely well.
"I've had two orders from people stopping me to say: 'I love that - can I have one?'."
