Holyhead Road reopens after three week works
Posted: Mon Nov 07, 2011 2:35 pmOne of the main routes into Coventry city centre has reopened after three weeks of roadworks.
The Holyhead Road was closed in October for a range of improvement work.
According to the city council the closure was necessary because of the narrowness of the road at the Barras Lane junction.
Work included new street lights, a new pedestrian crossing near Minster Road, and changes to the Barras Lane junction, the council said.
