Two more patients have died at a hospital in Greater Manchester, after saline solution was found to be contaminated.Police said an 83-year-old man died on Thursday morning and an 84-year-old woman died on 14 July.
The deaths come after Tracey Arden, 44, Arnold Lancaster, 71, and George Keep, 84, all died at Stepping Hill Hospital.
Police believe insulin was deliberately injected into saline containers.
Nurse Rebecca Leighton, 27, of Heaviley in Stockport, has been arrested on suspicion of murder, in relation to the three earlier deaths.
Police said a 41-year-old man remains critically ill in hospital.
