If your lottery numbers have been picked or your trust fund has matured, you may be looking for an opulent way to conspicuously consume your wealth. Allow us to suggest this special-edition Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe. The Masterpiece London 2011 Drophead Coupé features unique design features to help your Rolls stand out from all the other ones crowding the country club.

The Rolls was designed for and will make its public debut at Masterpiece London 2011, a high-end art and design fair held from June 30 through July 5 in London. It serves to both highlight the range of customization on offer to Rolls-Royce buyers, and to “capture the essence of a perfect weekend getaway.”

The car is painted Mazarine Blue, a brand-new addition to the Rolls-Royce color palette that was inspired by the European and Asian butterfly of the same name. Engraved door-sill plates, a Spirit of Ecstasy emblem engraved to celebrate its anniversary, and special teak deck inlays are also included. The interior receives Seashell leather upholstery, headrests embroidered with Rolls-Royce logos, and a mix of mother-of-pearl and wood trim. The instrument cluster, knobs, and clock are all finished in mother-of-pearl.

What really sets this Drophead Coupe apart from others, however, is the inclusion of a special jewelry box that can hold earrings, cufflinks, and rings. The Asprey box takes two days to assemble and uses 15 individual pieces of suede. It is sized to fit perfectly in the Phantom Coupe’s glovebox, helping keep valuables secure even when the top is dropped. Finally, the Masterpiece London 2011 Drophead Coupe comes with a unique four-piece luggage set. The leather, which was apparently tanned in pits for four months, is navy blue and is said to have an “intense aroma of vegetable tannins.”

It should come as no surprise that Rolls-Royce has not disclosed a price for the special one-off car.
