Teenage arrests for Walsgrave Arson

Six teens arrested in connection with flat fire that left a 63 year old man dead.
A teenage lad is being questioned by police in connection with a flat fire in Coventry where a man was found dead.
The 16 year old was arrested on suspicion of deliberately starting the blaze at a property in Peterlee Walk, Walsgrave on Wednesday 22nd June.
A post mortem examination on Alan Greasley’s body has proved inconclusive and police say they are waiting on other tests to determine how he died.
Four other male youths – two aged 15, a 14-year-old and a 16-year-old – plus a 15-year-old girl were also arrested in connection with the incident and have been released on bail pending further enquiries.
