Planners are being asked to approve the conversion of a former city centre pub to student flats.
Ho Yin Li wants to transform the former Penny Black pub in Greyfriars Lane – presently retail premises – into ground and first floor apartments.

In a separate application, Harrabin Construction has applied for permission to change All Saints Parish Room, Vecqueray Street, from a day care and office facility to student accommodation.

Whitehorse Estates is asking for the go-ahead to convert the Grapevine Hotel, Lower Holyhead Road, into studio apartments.
