Unfortunately, the average voter/tabloid reader with little experience of how the system works will probably see this as a "good thing".

The last two governments have shown themselves totally indifferent to complaints about firms like ATOS so I doubt if this latest one will make any difference. They are basically only doing what the government and tabloid headline writers want them to do.
