Bristol motors go into administration. - Another icon gone!

It's a 405, the only Bristol to be produced with four doors and only between 1954 and 1958. The example I saw may have been a hybrid Bristol/BMW as they shared the same mechanical parts.
Can't say I'm impressed by the styling of more recent models.
