Nuneaton and Bedworth's Play Rangers scheme expanded

The Play Rangers programme in Nuneaton and Bedworth is being doubled, to build on the success of last year when attendance figures topped 32,000.

Youngsters will now enjoy after-school sessions and activities in local parks, in all weathers, at 20 venues, five days a week. Sports, games, arts and crafts are organised by the qualified Rangers, supported by the borough council.

After school sessions take place on Mondays-Fridays at:

Knebly Crescent, Riversley Park, Stubbs Pool, Keresley Rec, Paul’s Land (3-4.15pm); Stockingford Rec, Sorrell Road, Chaucer Drive, Newdigate Rec, Bulkington Rec (4.30-5.30pm); St Giles Rec, Pool Bank Street, Johnson Road, Tiverton Drive play area, Vale View play area (3-4.15pm); Heckley Gardens, Abbey Green, Miners Welfare Park, Coronation Walk play area, Kingswood Rec (4.30-5.30pm).
