Totally bare toilet paper aisles at Morrison's this evening. One shopper actually laughed out loud when he saw it!
People must be buying enough to last them a whole year? :clown:

The cheaper baked beans had disappeared too but the more expensive tins still remained.

Fortunately I didn't need any prescription medicine as the pharmacy counter was jam packed with hypochondriacs and time-wasters! :fuming:

The reason the cheaper baked beans have gone is it's the panic buyers who live on a normal or low wage who normally buy the good brands so are bulk buying on the cheap stuff so their bill does nt come much dearer on their pocket than what they normally buy . I was told this recently.

That was lucky you did nt need your prescription then Dutchman .
I hope they realise those that are panicking we are all being watched and studied on how people are reacting to all this which tells me a lot of what really is going on.

No you cant Rebbonk

Nothing would surprise me if the animal food is next Rebbonk as mothers cant get Baby formula and food also baby wipes now all gone people are stock piling on those now .
In my day baby wipes never existed but the baby food is a must perhaps the welfare where we use to weigh and have our babies checked will return to ration baby formular and food) .

If I were to plot a thriller...

An overpopulated world.

A rapidly growing aged but no longer economically active population.

A group of fanatical Bilderbergs.

A developed 'virus' that could cull the population mainly by targetting the weaker and older ones.

Could I be on to a good story?
Of course it'll fit; you just need a bigger hammer.

Forgot to mention the tinned tomatoes had been cleaned out at Morrison's, I suppose because they come from Italy and it might be some time before they can be replaced?

On the back of a Detol bottle it says that it kills Corona virus. It doesn't say if one should drink it.
Panic buying is just selfish.
