Detectives investigating a murder in Warwickshire are appealing for a taxi driver to contact them.

Ranjit Singh, known as 'Bitu', died in hospital after being found unconscious in the front garden of a house in Mawnan Close, Exhall, on Tuesday.

Police believe Mr Singh, 44, was one of three men who took a taxi from Coventry to Mawnan Close early on Monday, and urged the driver to contact them.

Three men are helping Warwickshire police with their inquiries.

Mr Singh died without regaining consciousness after suffering extensive head injuries

The three men in police custody are aged 51, 55 and 61.
