Officers arrived at the scene to find the man had fallen from the 17-storey residential flats
A man has died after falling from Falkener House in Foleshill on Friday night, West Midlands Police have confirmed.
Officers arrived at the scene to find the man had fallen from the 17-storey residential flats and died from his injuries.
The spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "Police were called to a block of flats in Stoney Stanton Road in Foleshill at around 11.10pm on 3rd August to reports of a man threatening to jump.
"Officers attended but the man had already fallen and was pronounced dead at the scene."
West Midlands Ambulance Service were also in attendance.

One of the guys I worked with threw himself from that building a few years back. I never did find out how he got on to the roof.
Of course it'll fit; you just need a bigger hammer.

Those blocks were originally designed with a children's play area on the roof!
