Possible shooting in Spon End !

i dont have much information on this but one of my girlfriends colleague was walking to work near the rileys pool bar she heard a crack and then noticed a woman drop to the floor an ambulance was called but the woman was very confused and had a small hole in her head all she could say was that she was 60 and thought she had tripped. not sure what happened after this but i hope the woman was ok. sounds to me like an air rifle fired from the spon end estate !

Haven't heard anything myself but will let everyone know if I do. Incidents of that nature are thankfully rare in Spon End these days and invariably involve someone from outside the area.
