Dob em in... police want people suffering from nuisance motorbikers to report them

COMMUNITY cops are appealing to householders in Nuneaton whose lives are made a misery by nuisance motorbikers to 'dob em in'.

Following concerns raised about off-road motorbikers around the Jubliee Sports Centre, members of Nuneaton Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) are appealing to people to report them.

Through the 'dob em in' campaign, people can report details of the bikers and their vehicles either online or by using special postcards.

Such information is, according to the SNT, valuable in terms of them being able to stop the bikers in their tracks.

"We know there have been issues around the Jubilee Centre, Greenmoor Road, Dorset Road and Granby Road areas with nuisance bikers," the SNT spokesperson said."

"We need to know names and vehicle registration numbers. We would encourage people to use the Dob em in campaign."

Postcards are being posted through letterboxes in the area and people are being urged to use them or log on to http://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/dobemin

Victims of nuisance bikers can also pass on information to PC Esther Kinch, Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) Woodhams, PC Dave Dyde Hannah Woodhams or PCSO Marjory Shaw via 101.
