A white Ford Transit and a small dark hatchback were badly damaged in the blaze in Chapelfields
A van was destroyed by arsonists in a fire which spread to a car parked in front.
Firefighters spent about an hour dealing with the blaze in Maudslay Road, Chapelfields, at 3am on Saturday, December 17.
A white Ford Transit and a small dark hatchback were badly damaged.
One resident told the Telegraph that fire crews had tackled a third vehicle blaze in the area on the same night.
He added: “The residents directly in the area were all puzzled and annoyed that people can do this and just simply walk away.”
Police officers carried out door-to-door inquiries in the area the following day.
Anyone with information about what happened can call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
