A prolific thief is now serving 14 weeks behind bars after stealing a bicycle in Coventry.
Vitalijus Kazlauskas, 30, of Wellington Street, Hillfields, pleaded guilty to the crime at Coventry Magistrates’ Court.
He was given the prison sentence due to his “long history of similar offending” and was also ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.
Wouldn't it be cheaper and easier to just send him back to whichever east European country he came from?
