Incident happened after a verbal altercation broke out on the number 21 bus
A bus driver was scalded after a passenger threw a hot drink at him following an argument.
The passenger was boarding the number 21 bus in Trinity Street, Coventry, when a verbal altercation broke out with the driver.
The man then threw his drink over the 55-year-old driver, who’s leg was scalded but he did not require hospital treatment.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to speak to in connection with the incident at about 1pm on February 14.
