Flood warnings have been issued for the River Leam in Warwickshire.
The Environment Agency said water levels were rising along the stretch of the river at Eathorpe, Hunningham and Offchurch.
Elsewhere, alerts have been issued for low-lying areas between Grandborough and Leamington.
Roy Stokes, from the Environment Agency, said: "The water courses are likely to rise pretty quickly because everywhere is so wet already."
