Police have issued an appeal to find a man who vanished from his Coventry home last night in a blue BMW.
Kulwinder Bargota, who is said to have been suffering from stress, left his Styvechale home unexpectedly in the 3-Series saloon at about 5.45pm.
It was last spotted at 6.30pm on traffic cameras at junction 15 of the M40 for Stratford and Warwick.
Police have examined the 30-year-old's computer and it's understood he'd been researching locations in Stratford, Leamington and Rugby before leaving.
Sgt Wayne Eley, said: "Spots of blood were found at the man's home address...it's likely he has suffered an injury though, from the amount of blood, we don't believe it would be life threatening.
"Naturally the man's family are extremely concerned for his well being and are desperate to hear he is safe and well. They just want him to return home.
"If anyone has seen the man or his car I'd urge them to call West Midlands Police immediately on the 101 number."
The man is described as Asian, around 5ft 6ins and stocky build with cropped black hair, brown eyes and clean shaven.
He was last seen wearing navy jogging bottoms, a grey jumper and grey hoodie with purple print with word Billabong; he often wears a gold chain with a symbol on it.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Coventry Police on the 101 number.
