Teenager dies and four injured in Stockton car crash

A teenager has died and four others have been injured in a car crash in Warwickshire.

The male driver died at the scene after the car rolled over and came to rest on its roof in Napton Road, Stockton, at about 19:20 BST on Thursday.

Four passengers, three men and one woman, all believed to be in their late-teens, suffered minor injuries and were treated at the scene.

They were all taken to hospital for further treatment.

All teenage males drive like maniacs in my experience. They should be banned from carrying passengers and preferably banned from driving altogether. I know for a fact that few of them have any insurance as the annual premium often exceeds the value of the vehicle they're driving. :roll:

Teenager Jake Brain named as Stockton car crash victim

Police have named a 17-year-old boy who was killed in a car crash in Warwickshire.

Jake Matthew Brain, of Welsh Road West in Southam, was confirmed dead at the scene after the blue MG ZR Jake he was driving crashed on Napton Road, Stockton last Thursday.

Four passengers, three men and one woman, all believed to be in their late-teens, suffered minor injuries.

Warwickshire Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
