Police in Coventry say they are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of a 46-year-old who went missing from his Foleshill home on Tuesday.
Ajaz Mohammed Yousef was reported missing from Fisher Road in the early hours of this morning by his concerned mother.
Mr Yousef suffers from diabetes and mental health issues and there are concerns for his safety as he does not have his medication with him.
It is believed that he had been out with his carer on Monday and was dropped off on Foleshill Road at 3pm but he did not return home.
He is Asian, around 6ft tall with dark brown short hair and glasses.
He was last seen wearing a black Harrington type jacket, dark blue checked shirt, black trousers and black leather shoes.
Anyone who knows where he is should call Coventry Police on 101.
