Family tributes paid to crash victim
The family of a Coventry woman killed in a car crash have called her a “vibrant, shining star”…
Kirsty Rattigan – who was 25 and from Hillfields – died following a collision with a car late on Friday night in Catherine Street.
A 20-year-old man – who was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving – has been released on bail.
Kirsty’s family have paid tribue to her:
“We are all devastated by the loss of Kirsty, a loving granddaughter, daughter, sister, aunty, niece and cousin.
“Kirsty was a vibrant shining star who was loved and liked by many. Kirsty always showed her family how much we meant to her.
“We are a very close family. Kirsty was very special to us, she was a gifted girl and a very talented artist, she loved to draw.
“Most of all she was a very dedicated aunty to all her nieces and nephews. Kirsty was a generous, selfless person who always put her family first. Kirsty being taken away from us so suddenly and tragically has left a massive hole in all our hearts.”
