Kim Navarra, from Belmont, California, is such a fan of the brand that she purchases all her clothes from there. However, Navarra was banned from shopping online at Abercrombie & Fitch because she bought too many clothes.

The retailer is said to have suspected her of reselling the merchandise and even cancelled an existing order Navarra had placed on its website, claiming that it had to protect its intellectual property rights.

They informed Navarra that she could never order from them again and couldn't even redeem any of the existing gift cards she had for the store.

"I'm not reselling them," Navarra told ABC. "As you can see, I have the clothes on. I wear them to work. I've worn every single pair of jeans."

The company eventually listened to her side of the story after a local news station got involved and Navarra is now free to shop at the store once again.
