Inspectors have decided Warwick Hospital meets national health targets, but they do need to improve.
The Care Quality Commission has released reports after inspections on 15 hospital trusts across the country.
They say Warwick has met the targets for both the amount of privacy and respect patients are getting and the levels of food and water being given to them.
2 out of the 15 – Bedford Hospital NHS Trust and Stockport NHS Foundation Trust failed to meet one or both of the benchmarks.
At Warwick there was one recommendation for improvement – making sure patients are given enough help to eat their food.
The trust now has 28 days to tell the Commission how it is going to address the issue.
