About 300 'affordable' homes are to be built across the Warwick District Council area over the coming decade, it has been announced.
The £40m scheme signed with
Waterloo Housing will create job and training opportunities the council said.
The plans have been approved in principle by the Conservative council's executive committee.
Council housing chief Moira-Ann Grainger said: "This is a unique venture for Warwick District."
