Man suffers serious head injuries in Leamington assault...

A man is in intensive care after being attacked following an evening out at a Leamington nightclub at the weekend.



The 42-year old is thought to have been in Rio’s shortly before he was found lying on St Peter’s Road at around 1:50am on Sunday morning.

He was taken by ambulance to Coventry’s University Hospital with severe head injuries, where he’s still receiving treatment.
A 41-year old male has been arrested in connection with the incident and is currently in custody.
