			Two people were airlifted to hospital after their car collided with a tree in Warwickshire.
The accident happened along the A5 at the TNT island in Atherstone shortly before 2.50pm on Sunday.
A senior paramedic officer, two ambulance crews, the Midlands Air Ambulance from Staffordshire and the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance attended.
The driver of the car, a man in his 50s, had a suspected neck injury and abrasions to his head.
His passenger, a woman in her 60s, had chest, abdominal and head injuries.
They were both flown to University Hospital, Walsgrave, for further treatment.
