Appears that the idea is unravelling rapidly, and won't be compulsory anyway, which begs the question, what's the point!

Appears it will be modelled on the Estonian system, which has just had a data leak of over 250,000 identities. :rolling: :rolling: :rolling:

Whilst it might take a few years, if you want to see where this goes, research the Chinese social credit system.

I'll not be taking it up for as long as I can possibly avoid it.
Of course it'll fit; you just need a bigger hammer.

Methinks they'll make life more and more difficult for those who don't (or can't) take up the option just like they have with NHS patients? :fuming:
