How come the woman on the left was given three years in jail while the woman on the right received only a suspended sentence for the exact same crime?

Man jailed for manslaughter of Coventry dad dies in prison
A man locked up for manslaughter over his part in the cowardly killing of a Coventry dad has died in prison. Samuel Henneberry, 64, had been in prison after being found guilty of the manslaughter of Andrew Flamson back in 2023.
40-year-old Flamson was walking his dog when he was deliberately run over, resulting in fatal head injuries. Ashley Donald of Carpenter Road, Edgbaston was found guilty of murder. Henneberry and Carl Tomlinson both of Westminister Road, Coventry, and Callum Ayre, 19, of Meadow Street, Coventry, were convicted of manslaughter at Leamington Justice Centre.
But the Prisons and Probation Ombudsman has revealed on its website that Henneberry died on 10 May this year, less than two years into a 15 year sentence for his part in the 'revenge' plot against the Flamson over a debt. The brutal attack using a car saw three others injured, including two children - a dog also had to be put down following the incident.
We've approached the ombudsman for more information, they responded advising an investigation was under way.
"Our investigation is underway and we will publish the final report on our website after the inquest concludes," a spokesman told CoventryLive.
