Truro City slipped to their second loss of the season as they were frustrated by a battling Leamington side.
Leamington took the lead on 12 minutes, Richard Batchelor heading home from the edge of the area.
An own goal from Alex Jeannin put Leamington 2-0 up, before strikes from Andy Watkins and Barry Hayles brought Truro back onto level terms.
On the stroke of half-time, Leamington were awarded a penalty for pushing, with Matt Lewis coolly slotting home.
Truro pushed for the equaliser in the second period but Leamington's defence held firm to secure all three points.
