We are appealing for witnesses following a collision in Leamington in the early hours of Saturday (16 January) morningThe incident happened shortly before 2am on Calder Walk when a silver BMW collided with six parked vehicles.
The collision caused significant damage to all of the vehicles involved and the driver of the BMW sustained minor injuries to his head.
He was arrested at the scene on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs and possession of a controlled Class B drug with intent to supply after officers searched his vehicle and seized several bags of cannabis, around £2,000 in cash and two mobile phones.
The man, aged 22 and from Leamington, has been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
Following his arrest, he was taken to hospital for treatment for his injuries but has since been discharged.
