Motorists faced delays to their journeys after a water main burst in Nuneaton.
Diversions had to be set up after the pipe in Church Street burst during the early hours.
About 6,000 people were left without water, but Severn Trent said it had got the supplies fixed by 0745 GMT. The road remains closed for repairs.
A Severn Trent spokeswoman said the cause of the burst was not yet know, but could be due to the icy weather.
Meanwhile some Stagecoach bus routes in Warwickshire have been diverted as drivers cannot get along some side roads due to ice.
Bin collections have been suspended in Stratford-upon-Avon on Monday due to the weather.
Train service provider London Midland said it would experience problems all day.
The Met Office warned that further snow showers were likely.
