Three people hurt in knife attack in Rugby

Three people were injured when masked men armed with knives entered a home in Warwickshire and attacked the occupants before stealing two mobile phones.

Two men wearing scarves and hooded tops entered the property on Jubilee Street, Rugby on Tuesday and demanded money.

One male occupant suffered lacerations to his face and elbow and two women suffered a shoulder injury and cuts and bruises.

The offenders got away with two mobile phones, a police spokesman added.

Anyone who may have seen the men enter or leave the property or who has information about the incident is asked to contact police.
